03. How long will my flowers last?

Enchanted Garden Roses® are guaranteed to last at least one year but may last up to 3 years with proper care, depending on the conditions in which they are kept. Conditions that may affect their lifespan include temperature, humidity, handling, lighting conditions etc.

04. How do I take care of my flowers?

It’s easy! Just keep the roses away from direct sunlight and at normal room temperature and your Enchanted Garden Roses® will retain their elegance and grace for a minimum of 1 year. Follow these guidelines to get the most out of your roses and ensure they look as opulent and luxurious as the day you got them.

    • They do not require watering. DO NOT Water the roses!
    • AVOID direct exposure to sunlight.
    • Keep the arrangement in a room-temperature environment.
    • If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.
    • DO NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage the roses.
    • DO NOT remove the roses from the box.

*** Be careful when moving the arrangement: it’s a very delicate product.***

05. Can I create a custom order?

Yes! Enchanted Gardens loves to help bring your vision to life. We provide custom arrangement for bridal bouquets, gender reveals, parting gifts for guests at your event, gifts, centrepieces, home staging and more. Send us a message with more details and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

06. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately Enchanted Garden Roses® does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. If you do not contact us within 3 hours, your order cannot be cancelled. If your flowers have been damage upon arrival due to shipping, please contact our team to make arrangements for a replacement. ***Special custom collection orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances***

07. What happens if product arrives damaged?

At Enchanted Garden we take the utmost care and consideration when creating and packaging your arrangement. Unfortunately, there is always a chance that during shipping a flower may become dislodged or damaged. These flowers can easily be placed back into your arrangement and it will not affect their lifespan. If for any reason there is damage beyond that, which can not easily be fixed, please reach out to us with photos showing the damage so we can determine next steps. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.
